It started with my dad's business.
FixUp began with one simple goal — save my family time. That same goal is behind every system we build today.
My dad ran a business with the same problems every service business deals with — calls that got missed, information that lived in someone's head instead of a system, hours lost every week to the same repetitive tasks. I started building small fixes for him: a few automations, and eventually an AI-powered way to make sure customers were never left waiting.
It worked. And it made me realize this wasn't just my dad's problem — it's nearly every service business's problem. Time gets eaten by work a system could handle, and the people running these businesses rarely have the time, or the reason, to fix it themselves.
That's how FixUp started, and it's still how I work with every client today. Our first real system — an AI receptionist for a busy restaurant — came the same way: a real relationship, a real problem, and a system built specifically to fix it. Not a product pitch, not a generic tool — just genuinely trying to save someone time, the way I did for my own family.
