Who this policy covers
This policy applies to the FixUp marketing website at fixupnow.org (this site). FixUp is operated by Adam Chaddoud.
Needs confirmation from Adam
Is FixUp a registered business entity (e.g. an LLC), or are you operating as a sole proprietor under your own name? I need the exact legal name to reference here and in the Terms of Use.
Information you submit directly
Contact form. The form on our Contact page asks for your name, email, and a message, plus an optional phone number and business name. Submitting it opens an email addressed to FixUp on your own device, pre-filled with what you typed — the website itself does not transmit this data to a server or database we operate. It only reaches us if your email app actually sends it, at which point it becomes a normal email in our inbox.
Booking calendar. The “Pick a time” scheduler on our Contact page is provided by Cal.com, a third-party scheduling service. When you use it, you are interacting directly with Cal.com, not with a server we operate. Cal.com collects the details needed to book the call (typically your name, email, and selected time) under its own privacy policy, available at cal.com/privacy. We receive your booking details in order to conduct the call you scheduled.
Cookies
This website does not set cookies of its own — we verified this directly rather than assuming it. If you use the booking calendar on the Contact page, Cal.com may set a cookie and some local browser storage needed to run that feature (for example, to hold your reservation while you finish booking). These exist only to provide the booking feature you're actively using; we don't use advertising or analytics cookies, and this website doesn't currently run any analytics or tracking scripts.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, this site is hosted by a third-party provider (Vercel Inc.), which may automatically log basic technical information — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for security and operational purposes. This is standard web hosting infrastructure behavior, not something FixUp separately collects or analyzes.
How we use information
We use the information you provide solely to respond to your inquiry, discuss or schedule a call, and carry out any working relationship you request. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not sell or rent it to third parties.
We don't currently send marketing emails or newsletters through this website, so there's no marketing consent to manage today. If that changes in the future, this policy and our forms will be updated to reflect it, with a clear opt-in and unsubscribe mechanism.
Who we share information with
We share information only where necessary to run the site or provide a feature you used: Cal.com (for bookings made through the scheduler) and Vercel (our hosting provider). We do not sell personal information.
How long we keep information
We keep the information from your inquiry or booking for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you or maintain a business relationship, and may delete it afterward.

This is a reasonable default, not a documented retention schedule. If you want a specific retention period (e.g. “we delete inquiry emails after 24 months”), tell me and I'll make this exact instead of general.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you've sent us by emailing chaddoudadam@gmail.com. Because contact-form submissions go straight to that inbox rather than a database, honoring a deletion request generally means deleting the relevant email.

If FixUp will have visitors or clients based in the EU/UK or California, this section may need jurisdiction-specific rights language (GDPR/UK GDPR/CCPA). Tell me roughly where your clients and site visitors are based and I'll flag whether that's worth adding — this genuinely depends on facts about the business, not something to guess at.
Children's privacy
FixUp is a business-to-business service. This website is intended for business owners and professionals, not children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13 (or the relevant minimum age in your region).
Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Contact-form submissions are sent directly from your device rather than stored on a server we operate, which limits where that data can be exposed. Our third-party providers (Cal.com, Vercel) maintain their own security practices for the data they process.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the site or our practices change. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.

Some privacy frameworks expect a physical business address for the data controller. I have not added one anywhere on the site since I don't have one from you — tell me if you want one included, and what it should be.
