Terms of Use

Last updated: September 28, 2026

This page is a working draft, not a finished legal document. Sections marked “Needs confirmation from Adam” depend on business or legal facts that shouldn't be guessed at. This is not legal advice, and it has not been reviewed by an attorney — that review is recommended, especially for the limitation of liability and governing law sections.

Acceptance of these terms

By using this website (fixupnow.org), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

About this website

FixUp is a technology and automation company operated by Adam Chaddoud. This website is informational: it describes FixUp's services, tells you about the company, and gives you ways to get in touch or schedule a call. It does not process payments, sales, or online purchases directly.

Needs confirmation from Adam

Same as on the Privacy Policy — I need FixUp's exact legal name and structure (sole proprietorship, LLC, etc.) to state here accurately.

Using this site

You're welcome to browse the site, read about our services, and use the contact form or booking calendar for genuine business inquiries. You agree not to: submit false or fraudulent information through our forms; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the site or its booking system; or scrape or systematically harvest the site's content without our permission.

Intellectual property

The FixUp name, logo, and the content of this website belong to FixUp unless otherwise noted, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Third-party services

This site uses Cal.com to power the booking calendar on our Contact page. Using that feature is also subject to Cal.com's own terms, available at cal.com/terms. We aren't responsible for the availability or conduct of third-party services we link to or embed.

No warranty

This website and its content are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind, including that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, FixUp is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website.

Needs confirmation from Adam

This is a generic, commonly used clause, not one written for your specific jurisdiction. A lawyer should review this section — liability language is one of the few things on this page I'd actively recommend paying for a professional review of, rather than relying on a draft.

Client services and engagements

These Terms of Use govern only your use of this website. They do not constitute, and are not a substitute for, a service agreement. If you engage FixUp for a project, the scope, pricing, payment terms, timelines, deliverables, and any cancellation or refund terms are governed exclusively by a separate agreement signed between you and FixUp — not by this page. This website does not sell services directly or state pricing, so there is no website-level refund policy to publish here.

Needs confirmation from Adam

You'll want an actual client service agreement / statement-of-work template for paid engagements — separate from this website. I'd recommend having a lawyer draft or review that, since it's the document that actually protects you commercially. I can draft a starting point if you'd like, but I want to flag that this is a different (and more consequential) document than these website terms.

Governing law

Needs confirmation from Adam

I haven't written a governing-law clause because I don't know what state or country FixUp is based in. Tell me that and I'll fill this section in — it's a one-line addition once I have it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the site changes. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the most recent revision.
